studio thormaehlen is a place for organisations and leaders who take an active role in change and want to meet the challenges of our time effectively, with intentional action, the right methods and the courage to explore new paths.

This is where consulting mandates emerge alongside collaborations, dialogue formats and initiatives at the intersection of business and societal change.

I want to help build complexity competence and to learn how we can meet the challenges of our time, in organisations and in everyday life, with the right mindset, methods and structures.

Whether navigating cultural change, restructuring, building teams and departments, leadership transitions, developing new ways of working, resolving conflicts and blockages, introducing AI or transforming the business. I work holistically and hands-on, from first understanding through to implementation.

Every collaboration begins with a deep understanding of the situation. An initial conversation, virtual or in person, is about getting to know each other and understanding your challenge.

If my work fits your context, we move into a scoping workshop: we develop scope and goals together, align on the framework and derive first concrete approaches. From there, we shape the collaboration individually, with clear goals and concrete outcomes per iteration or intervention. Every step produces results you can work with independently.
